  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing products or services through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website or use its services. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.
  2. Use of Website You agree not to misuse this website. This includes (but is not limited to) not attempting to hack, scrape, spam, or interfere with the performance or security of the site.
  3. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including artwork, images, text, and design, is the property of Javeria Art and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially use any of this content without written permission.  Copyright for commissioned works remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  4. Commissions Custom commissions are available with the following terms:
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the commissioned piece will be required before work begins. The final balance is due before delivery.  Up to three rounds of minor revisions are included. Major or excessive revisions may incur additional charges. If the reference material is unclear or unsuitable, we may decline or postpone the commission.
  1. Payment Terms All payments are processed securely through Stripe via WooCommerce. We do not store or have access to full credit/debit card information.  Payment is required in full before shipping or delivery of artwork or print products.
  2. Delivery & Fulfilment: Physical items (prints) may be fulfilled by Gelato, a trusted print-on-demand service. Delivery times are estimates:  Ireland: 7–10 business days, International: 10–20 business days. You are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, or customs charges.  We are not liable for postal delays beyond our control.
  3. Returns & Cancellations Custom and commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has started. Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days under Irish consumer law; the paid amount will be refunded after receiving and inspecting the artwork.   If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.  Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
  4. Licensing & Usage All commissioned and purchased artworks are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed. Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is not permitted without written licensing from the artist.  You may not create merchandise or derivative works from the art.
  5. Portfolio Rights Javeria Art retains the right to display, share, and promote any commissioned or sold artwork in online portfolios, social media, and exhibitions. This includes using the artwork to promote future work or show artistic development.  Clients do not receive exclusive rights unless specifically agreed to in writing.  If you need your artwork kept private for a specific time (e.g. a gift surprise), let us know in advance and we’re happy to delay publication.
  6. Newsletter & Marketing By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive updates, offers, and news related to Javeria Art. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
  7. Limitation of Liability We strive to keep our website and services accurate and reliable, but cannot guarantee that they will always be error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Javeria Art is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its services. In the case of faulty goods, liability is limited to the purchase amount.
  8. Security Your account (if applicable) and personal information must be kept secure. You are responsible for any activity carried out under your login details.
  9. Amendments We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here. Continued use of the website implies agreement with the latest version.
  10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled by Irish courts.
