what you bury still speaks

Through this piece, I realized that even the parts of us we try to push down, the tangled roots, the unspoken memories, still find a way to reach the surface. Light emerges not by erasing the past, but by carrying it forward with honesty and acceptance.

And it reminded me of a beautiful quote by Pablo Picasso, “Art is the lie that enables us to realize the truth.”
